Nifty® Joomla! Extension

Licence Agreement

This agreement applies as between you, the User of the Nifty® Joomla! Extension and In2 Computing Ltd., the owner(s) of this Website.  Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your download or purchase of the Software. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop downloading or purchasing the Software immediately. 

No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.  Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a dispatch email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Policy the following terms shall have the following meanings: 

"data"

means collectively all information that you submit to the In2 Computing Ltd. via the Website.  This definition shall, where applicable, incorporate the definitions provided in the Data Protection Act 1998;

"software"

means a the Joomla! extension. An extension may include templates, modules, components or plugins;

"In2 Computing Ltd."

means In2 Computing Ltd., (also trading as Barnet PC Services) of 89 Meadway, Barnet EN5 5JZ, United Kingdom;

"user"

means any third party that accesses the Website and is not employed by In2 Computing Ltd. and acting in the course of their employment; and

"website"

means the website that you are currently using (in2computing.com) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. subdomain.in2computing.com) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

2. Property of the Licensor

You may obtain a copy of this software product either by downloading it from www.in2computing.com or our subdomains. The copyright, database rights and any other intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, trademarks, patents and designs) in the programs and data which constitute the software product (the “Software”), together with the Installation Media on which they were supplied to you, are and remain the property of the In2 Computing Ltd. (the “Licensor”). You are licenced to use the Software only if you accept all of the terms and conditions set out below.

3. Licence Acceptance Procedure

By installing this software, you indicate your acceptance of this Licence Agreement and the limited warranty and limitation of liability set out in herein. Such acceptance is either on your own behalf or on behalf of any corporate entity which employs you or which you represent (a “Corporate Licensee”). In this Licence Agreement, “you” includes both the reader and any Corporate Licensee. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement, please follow the Licence Rejection Procedure set out below.

4. Licence Rejection Procedure

  • 4.1 If you do not accept the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement, you should cancel this installation, delete any and all parts of the Software (including, but not limited to, setup and installation files) from your computer or device and, if you acquired the Software on Installation Media, (and in any event, within 14 days of receipt) return to the licensor or relevant software reseller:
    • 4.1.1 the Installation Media;
    • 4.1.2 any other items provided that are part of this product; and
    • 4.1.3 your dated proof of purchase;
  • 4.2 Any sums you paid to the licensor or software reseller for the Software will be refunded based on Refund policy set below.

5. Refund Policy

  • 5.1 We will only refund the money of your purchase if:
    • 5.1.1 our software doesn't work as described in our product description;
    • 5.1.2 you found any bugs in our software and we could not solve it in 5 working days;
  • 5.2 We have the right to refuse refund request if:
    • 5.2.1 you choose not to use our software;
    • 5.2.2 you experience a problem and abandon the product prior to asking for support;
    • 5.2.3 you experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed on your Joomla! website;
    • 5.2.4 you experience problem while downloading the software; You can contact us at support@in2computing.com to resolve any download related problems;

You have the responsibility to read the product description before purchasing it. If you are unclear with any of the features, feel free to contact us at support@in2computing.com. Once you decided to purchase the extension, you agree to use the features provide in the software.

7. Licence Limitations

  • You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our Nifty® Joomla! extensions to fit your purposes.
  • However, our Nifty® Joomla! extensions are protected under the GNU/GPL licence which prohibit the removal of the copyright information from any file.
  • If any of your code change breaks it's functionality, support may not be available to you.
